A Family-Driven Difference

Small by Choice. Personal by Design.

Since 2005, NCK Residential Services has provided person-centered support to individuals and families throughout Franklin County and surrounding Central Ohio communities.

NCK intentionally remains a small agency so its leadership and staff can maintain meaningful relationships with the individuals they serve. The website planning notes specifically emphasize that NCK does not intend to grow beyond the point where this personal connection can be maintained.

Our unwavering pledge

“We pledge to never grow to the point where we cannot form a personal connection with every individual we serve.”

That commitment shows up in hands-on onboarding, ongoing staff development and individualized care planning. Leadership can spend extended time with a new individual so aides are fully prepared to support that person well.

Personal relationships. Responsive care. Peace of mind.

The Personal Touch

Getting to Know the Individual Comes First.

NCK takes a hands-on approach when beginning care with a new individual. Leadership spends meaningful time getting to know the person and their needs so direct-care staff can be properly trained, prepared, and equipped to provide consistent, individualized support.

The planning notes specifically describe the owner spending up to two weeks with an individual during this transition and training process.

The goal is more than simply placing an aide. It is developing the personal connection and understanding needed to provide care that truly fits the individual.
